There are surprising similarities between a gated condo community and a housing project. Both places there physical gates to mark the boundaries of the community.
Both places there are many children running around.
Both places there are security guards roaming the premises.
Both places there is the smell of marijuana
So I'm wondering if we take the residents of any housing project and place them in a nice luxury gated community for a decade, with the same budget going to maintenance, will it look the same inside the homes, and would it have the same pristine quality on the outside. Will the budget run out because of more repairs needed or will there be a surplus because there is no longer any repairs needed.
mine is a bit gross. When I pee, i like to flush while I am peeing trying to time it just right so that by the time the water ends would be the exact moment i stop peeing.
of course i always end up timing it late meaning i have to flush twice.....gross
